“‘Really enjoy how your yoga classes are structured, the fact that an explanation is given at the beginning of each class as to what we will be doing and how the postures/practice work to improve physical, psychological and spiritual (in it’s widest sense) well being. Your approach always ensures we experience yoga in a holistic way. You are always concerned that we care for ourselves and give full guidance of what to do with each movement and what variations can be used to suit each individual. You always ensure that relaxation ends each class and that we honour our practice and that of the group, even though we are in separate places, using Zoom due to Covid, being able to continue to take part in the classes has been especially important at this difficult time.

"As a 66-year-old with ongoing back problems I Initially attended short series of "back class" Yoga sessions run by Maxine. They were so beneficial that 6 years on I still attend a weekly yoga class led by Maxine. Each session is well structured, works on a different aspect of the body/mind and offers adjusted postures where health limitations could impact. Since Covid 19 I am pleased to say that Maxine has continued to deliver her classes on line to the same high standard.
I find the camaraderie and friendliness Maxine generates makes every session fun and enjoyable, yes we do laugh at ourselves and each other.
